An FIR has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act against seven individuals, including former minister Eknath Khadse’s son-in-law, Pranjal Khewalkar, following a high-profile raid on a rave party in Pune’s Kharadi area. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Nikhil Pingale confirmed that 2.7 grams of cocaine and 70 grams of ganja (cannabis) were seized along with alcohol during the raid.
The raid took place at the Staybird Azure Suites in Kharadi around 3:30 am on Sunday. In addition to the narcotics, police confiscated hookah pots and flavored tobacco, liquor and beer bottles, ten mobile phones, two four-wheelers, and ₹41 lakh in cash.

Shripad Mohan Yadav (27)
Isha Devjyot Singh (22)

The case has been registered at Kharadi Police Station under multiple sections of the NDPS Act, including Sections 8(c), 22(b)(ii)(A), 21(b), and 27, along with provisions of COTPA 7(2) and 20(2).
DCP Pingale stated that further investigation is ongoing. “This is a judicial matter, and more facts will emerge as the investigation progresses. Medical tests of the accused have been conducted, and findings from those reports are awaited. We are also probing whether more individuals were expected to join the party,” he said.
