Pune: A disturbing incident unfolded in Vadgaon Budruk on Sinhagad Road when a couple was assaulted by three individuals after objecting to them urinating outside their residence. Nisha Ravishankar Patale (27), a resident of Mahadev Nagar, Dhayari, has filed a formal complaint with the police. A case has been registered against the unknown assailants under various sections of the Indian Penal Code at the Sinhagad Road police station.
According to the police, the incident occurred early on Saturday morning when the three individuals were found urinating in front of the complainants’ house. After the couple woke up and confronted the men about their actions, the situation escalated. The three assailants violently attacked the husband and wife, using their hands and iron tools, while also verbally abusing them. They then fled the scene, leaving the couple severely injured.
The Sinhagad Road police are now investigating the matter and working to identify the perpetrators of this violent attack. The couple’s injuries have been reported as serious, and authorities are following up on leads to bring the culprits to justice.
