Pune : On January 17, 2025, the highly anticipated CREDAI-Pune Metro Property Expo 2025 was officially inaugurated by Shri Murlidhar Mohol, the Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation, at the vibrant Agriculture College Ground in Pune. Running until January 19, this grand annual event serves as a unique platform for homebuyers, investors, and developers to come together and explore the vast array of real estate opportunities the city has to offer.
With more than 55 renowned developers and over 400 RERA-registered projects from Pune, PCMC, and PMRDA regions, the expo promises to showcase a rich spectrum of properties, from affordable homes to luxurious villas, commercial spaces, and pre-leased assets.
During the inauguration, Minister Murlidhar Mohol shared his optimism for Pune’s development. Speaking with enthusiasm about the city’s growing potential, he said, “Pune is a city that has always been close to my heart, with its thriving population of 70 lakh, expected to grow in the coming years. We must work together as Punekars to address key challenges, such as traffic congestion and the city’s evolving infrastructure needs, to ensure a brighter future. With ongoing developments like road expansions, the progress of the airport, and the installation of 1,800 km of new water pipelines, we are making strides towards a smarter, more sustainable Pune.”
The Minister also highlighted the collaborative efforts between CREDAI-Pune Metro and the government, acknowledging the critical role organizations like CREDAI play in shaping the city’s growth. “We are focused on creating a future where infrastructure keeps pace with Pune’s rapid urbanization,” he added.
Ranjit Naiknavare, President of CREDAI-Pune Metro, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between developers and policymakers. He shared that discussions with Minister Mohol touched on pressing issues such as fast-tracking Metro expansion, reforms in cooperative housing laws, and the need for an international convention centre in Pune.
The event also featured key figures from CREDAI-Pune Metro, including Vice Presidents Manish Jain and Arvind Jain, along with managing committee members Kapil Gandhi, Punit Oswal, and Anup Jhamtani.
