Pune: A shocking case of murder has emerged from Saswad in Purandar taluka of Pune district, where a young man was killed following a minor altercation. The deceased has been identified as Sunny alias Pintya Sunil Jadhav, a 36-year-old resident of Jejuri Naka in Saswad.
According to the available information, the victim, Jadhav, had a disagreement over a small monetary transaction with the suspects, Sandesh and Avantika Avachare. It is alleged that this dispute led to his murder. The preliminary details have been confirmed by local residents and the police authorities.
A case has been registered at the Saswad Police Station in connection with the incident. Meanwhile, the police have taken custody of the body and sent it to the rural hospital for postmortem examination. Saswad Police Inspector Rishikesh Adhikari confirmed that one woman and one man have been detained in the case.
