Pune: A young passenger was robbed of his gold chain by a taxi driver and his accomplices, who took him to an isolated location and threatened him. The incident was reported at Yerwada Police Station, and a case has been filed in this regard.
According to a complaint filed by a young man at the Yerwada Police Station, a case has been registered against the taxi driver and his accomplices.
According to the police, the complainant is a young man who lives in the Chinchwad area. He had gone out of town and was returning on February 15th. Around 1:15 AM, he got off at the Sangamwadi stop. He asked the taxi driver for directions. The driver told him he would take him to his desired location.
At that time, three accomplices of the driver were sitting in the taxi. The driver then took the young man to an isolated spot, where he threatened him with harm and stole 85,000 worth of valuables, including earrings and a gold chain from his ears.
