Pune: Renowned Bollywood playback singer Shantanu Mukherjee, popularly known as Shaan, along with his wife Radhika Mukherjee, has purchased a luxury bungalow in the serene locality of Prabhachiwadi, Pune, for a whopping ₹10 crore, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
According to data from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the couple acquired a high-end plot-plus-bungalow property. The land parcel measures approximately 0.4 hectares (around 4,787.92 square yards), while the bungalow itself boasts a built-up area of nearly 5,500 square feet (around 511.04 square meters).

The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹50 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. While the news of this high-profile purchase has generated considerable buzz, the singer has yet to comment on the acquisition.
Prabhachiwadi, located in the Maval taluka of Pune district, is part of the Pune Metropolitan Region. Known for its scenic rural charm and expansive open spaces, the locality is witnessing a rise in residential developments.
