As the summer vacation period approaches and passenger numbers are expected to rise, Central Railway has announced the operation of 332 Summer Special trains to ease the increased travel demand. These special services will operate on key routes such as Mumbai-Nagpur, Mumbai-Karmali, Mumbai-Tiruvananthapuram, Pune-Nagpur, and Daund-Kalaburagi, providing more travel options for commuters during the peak season.

CSMT-Nagpur-CSMT Bi-weekly Special (50 Trips)
Train no. 02139: Departs CSMT at 00:20 hrs every Tuesday and Sunday, from April 6 to June 29, reaching Nagpur at 15:30 hrs on the same day.
Train no. 02140: Departs Nagpur at 20:00 hrs every Tuesday and Sunday, from April 6 to June 29, reaching CSMT at 13:30 hrs the following day.
CSMT-Karmali-CSMT Weekly Special (18 Trips)
Train no. 01151: Departs CSMT at 00:20 hrs every Thursday, from April 10 to June 5, reaching Karmali at 13:30 hrs.
Train no. 01152: Departs Karmali at 14:15 hrs every Thursday, arriving at CSMT at 03:45 hrs the following day.
LTT-Karmali-LTT Weekly Special (18 Trips)
Train no. 01129: Departs Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) at 22:15 hrs every Thursday, from April 10 to June 5, arriving at Karmali at 12:00 hrs the following day.
Train no. 01130: Departs Karmali at 14:30 hrs every Friday, reaching LTT at 04:05 hrs the next day.
LTT-Thiruvananthapuram North-LTT Weekly Special (18 Trips)
Train no. 01063: Departs LTT at 16:00 hrs every Thursday, from April 3 to May 29, reaching Thiruvananthapuram North at 22:45 hrs the next day.

Train no. 01470: Departs Nagpur at 08:00 hrs every Wednesday, reaching Pune at 23:30 hrs the same day.
Daund-Kalaburagi Unreserved Special (128 Trips)
Train no. 01421: Departs Daund at 05:00 hrs five days a week (except Thursdays and Sundays), from April 5 to July 2, arriving in Kalaburagi at 11:20 hrs.
Train no. 01422: Departs Kalaburagi at 16:10 hrs five days a week, arriving at Daund at 22:20 hrs the same day.
Additionally, Daund-Kalaburagi Unreserved Special (Bi-Weekly) services will operate every Thursday and Sunday from April 3 to June 29, providing passengers with even more travel options.
These 332 special trains will run to clear the extra passenger load and ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for commuters throughout the summer.
