The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has introduced the “Pune Darshan” air-conditioned bus service, aimed at providing an affordable and hassle-free way to visit the city’s iconic landmarks. Priced at just ₹500 for a full-day tour, the service is a great option for anyone wanting to experience Pune’s history in comfort.
Operating daily, the tour departs from two central locations: Deccan Gymkhana Bus Station and Moledina Bus Stand near Pune Station. The buses leave at 8:45 AM from Pune Station and at 9:00 AM from Deccan Gymkhana.
According to the PMPML Chief Transport Manager, the initiative aims to make Pune’s rich cultural heritage more accessible and enjoyable for both tourists and locals. “Our goal is to provide an affordable and convenient way to experience the city’s vibrant history and culture,” he said. “This tour offers comfortable, air-conditioned travel with informative commentary from professional guides.”

The Chief Transport Manager added, “In case of delays, we may have to skip a location or two, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in such cases.”
