Pune: A minor altercation led to an assault on three individuals at Balajinagar Chowk, MIDC Bhosari, around 7:30 PM on Tuesday, the 18th. The victim, Sameer Dnyaneshwar Jadhav (21, resident of MIDC Bhosari), lodged a complaint at the MIDC Bhosari Police Station, following which a case was registered against Ram Kalyan Kamble (26) and Kalyan Kamble (50), both residents of the same area.
As per police reports, the incident unfolded when the complainant’s cousin, Shivam Mandge, accidentally dropped a 10-rupee coin while walking. When he bent down to retrieve it, Ram Kamble allegedly began hurling abuses at him and then physically assaulted him.
When Jadhav and his cousin attempted to intervene and resolve the situation, they too were attacked by the accused. Acting on the complaint, MIDC Bhosari Police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
