Mahindra has announced a major push toward strengthening India’s electric mobility ecosystem with the launch of its ultra-fast EV charging network, Charge_IN. As part of this initiative, the company will set up 250 new EV charging stations across the country, each capable of delivering up to 180kW. Two of these stations have already gone live, marking the beginning of a nationwide rollout that aims to reach over 1,000 touchpoints by 2027.
The first Charge_IN stations are now operational on two key highway routes: Hoskote on NH75 near Bengaluru and Murthal on NH44 near Delhi. Each location features two 180kW chargers, enabling fast charging for up to four EVs at the same time, making long-distance EV travel significantly more convenient.
