Pune: Amid rising concerns over the movement of habitual offenders in the city, Pune Police have intensified their crackdown on criminal activities. In a recent operation conducted by the Crime Branch, four notorious criminals were arrested, and four pistols along with eight live cartridges were seized from them.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Gopal Sanjay Yadav, Aman alias Munna Dastagir Patel, Vishal Jagannath Pandi, and Dayanand Shivaji Chavan. All four suspects have a history of criminal activities, with multiple serious cases registered against them at various police stations across the city.
Pune Police are ramping up efforts to curb illegal arms trade and organized crime in the city. Authorities have also urged citizens to report any suspicious activities to the police immediately.
