Pune: In a significant accident on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, a Shivshahi bus collided with a chemical tanker near the Khopoli toll plaza at kilometer 30 on the Pune-bound lane. The collision led to an immediate emergency response. All passengers aboard the Shivshahi bus were safely evacuated, but the bus driver remains trapped inside the vehicle. The rescue team quickly reached the accident site and are actively working to extricate the driver from the wreckage.
Meanwhile, medical teams have been deployed to provide first aid to the passengers. Fortunately, no serious injuries have been reported among the passengers.
